We do not accept returns once the order is successfully placed, processed, and shipped.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Once the order is confirmed and payment is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Exceptions – Damaged or Wrong Product

We only entertain complaints for damaged or wrong products if:

• You notify us within 12 hours of delivery.
• You provide clear photos or videos as proof of damage or wrong item.

If verified, a replacement may be sent at our sole discretion. No cash refunds will be provided.
